Immediate need for a Senior Architect/Project Lead with ArchiCAD skills.
This design driven boutique studio produces projects ranging from luxury to small- and large-scale multi-Residential.
They are looking for someone to lead projects through all stages.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage documentation throughout all stages including DA, CC, and CD
Collaborate with leadership and design team, mentoring junior team members
Coordinate with consultants and contractors
Work independently and with initiative
Skills and experience
Must have full Australian working rights
Operating at a level equal or similar to 8-10+ years' experience
Experience gained locally in high quality practices on a diversity of projects particularly in multi residential / Class 2 buildings
Proven ability to work through all stages of projects and solid construction knowledge
Strong design and technical skills including detailing and coordination
Advanced ArchiCAD skills essential
Excellent communication and coordination skills
