About the Role
Are you passionate about Aged Care? Do you have experience as a Leisure and Lifestyle coordinator? We have demand for our Aged Care Courses and Certificate IV in Leisure & Health course.
We are seeking for qualified and passionate Trainer & Assessor to deliver our nationally accredited course!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging training and assessment for Aged Care and Leisure & Health courses in line with RTO and ASQA standards
- Prepare and maintain accurate training and assessment documentation to meet compliance requirements
- Support and mentor students throughout their learning journey to help them achieve competency
- Liaise with the Coordinator to provide timely updates, reports, and data as required
- Monitor and evaluate training delivery to ensure great learning experiences and successful student outcomes
- Keep your industry skills and knowledge current to maintain compliance and deliver relevant, up-to-date training
Must HaveQualifications & Experience
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 including LLN and TAEASS502)
- Diploma in Community Services or Mental Health
- Significant, recent experience in Community Services
- Current Police Check (within last 6 months or currently applying)
- Current Working with Children Check – Employee (or currently applying)
- Current Driver’s Licence (Car)
