The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to lead our Colebatch Aggregation into its next phase of growth and development.
This modern aggregation covers 6,259 hectares, with more than 5,000 hectares dedicated to grain and hay cropping, including canola, barley, wheat, and oats.
1. Lead daily operations to deliver strong production and financial results.
2. Develop and implement seasonal and long-term operational plans aligned with strategic goals.
3. Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation.
