We're looking for an experienced Leading Hand or Junior Foreman to join the team working on Civil projects on the Sunshine Coast.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
* Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
* Managing personnel and subcontractors to meet project milestones
* Maintaining compliance with construction plans and project specifications
* Promoting a positive, solutions-driven team culture
* Ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
About you
* Demonstrated experience as a Leading hand or Foreman, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
* Experience in Bulk earthworks, civils and roadworks
* ability to read and interpret construction plans
* ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
* Current Driver Licence
* Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
* Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
