About the Role 
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Health Architect specialising in health and complex facility planning to join our national team, playing a key role in the delivery of critical social infrastructure within the health and science sectors. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a diverse team of project leaders and specialists, shaping environments that have a lasting social impact. Your ability to drive design integrity, maintain strong client relationships, and produce high-quality project documentation will be crucial to our success. 
Deliver architectural design and documentation for complex Health & Science projects ($100m plus), ensuring environments are both aesthetically compelling and operationally efficient. 
Collaborate with project teams to develop client briefs and establish direct communication with clients and contractors. 
Demonstrate robust knowledge of AusHFGs, HPU and template application, and associated nuances. 
Demonstrate experience with various government reporting requirements in response to the relevant reference documentation. 
Demonstrate experience in leading effective project usergroup consultations and associated management of the design outcomes. 
Partner with project leads to maintain design excellence and develop design intent throughout the project lifecycle. 
Work collaboratively within an internal team of architects, engineers, and health consultants to create purpose-driven health facilities. 
Manage the delivery of approved technical and design documents, ensuring alignment with quality, schedule, and budget targets. 
Contribute to network development and knowledge management initiatives, enhancing team expertise through mentoring and operational improvements. 
Continuously refine design concepts to respond to user needs, regulatory requirements, and best-practice industry standards. 
About You 
As an experienced Health Architect or facility planner you will focus on the functionality, operational efficiency, departmental relationships, and infection control measures that define effective complex environments. You will leverage your expertise to ensure infrastructure is sustainable, adaptable, safe, and accessible. We are excited to welcome someone with the following: 
6+ years post-graduate experience. 
Demonstrated recent experience in designing and planning challenging or complex projects, with a strong emphasis on best-practice industry standards. 
Exemplary design communication skills to convey design concepts through imagery and diagrams including strong ability to lead effective project usergroup sessions. 
Fluent in Revit 
dRofus experience beneficial
