Purpose of the Role


As a Campaign Specialist for our international team, you will be the technical expert responsible for the end-to-end build, testing, and launch of complex multi-channel marketing campaigns. Operating in a fast-moving, high-volume environment, you will translate marketing strategy into flawless campaign execution, ensuring every Samsung customer receives a high-quality, personalized message.


Key Responsibilities

* Campaign Execution: Build, test, and launch high-volume, multi-channel marketing campaigns (primarily email) within the Adobe Campaign platform.
* Technical Development: Write, adapt, and perform Quality Assurance (QA) on campaign content using basic HTML and CSS to ensure cross-client rendering and provide personalization.
* Data Management & Segmentation: Utilize SQL basics and data management skills to create precise customer segmentation and provide the necessary personalization for campaign content.
* Reporting & Optimization: Generate KPI reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights to constantly improve and evolve our performance.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Cooperate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage deliverables and ensure high standards of accuracy.


Skills and Experience (What You'll Bring)

* Campaign Management Experience: Proven hands-on experience in a major campaign management or marketing automation solution.

* Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard) experience is highly preferred.

* Alternatively, experience with IBM Silverpop, Unica, Salesforce/ExactTarget, or Responsys will be considered.
* Technical Coding: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for developing and troubleshooting email templates.
* Data Proficiency: Strong Data management skills including SQL basics for segmentation and personalization.
* Core Competencies: High level of attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience: Some experience in digital marketing, CRM or web development.
