At the core of every successful store is an efficient, strategic, and passionate back-of-house team. As our **Brand Delivery Manager**, you'll be the driving force behind our store's product flow, merchandise execution, and visual impact — turning operational excellence into exceptional customer experiences.
This role is more than logistics. It's about leadership. It's about strategy. And most importantly, it's about making an impact every single day.
**What You'll Do**
- **Lead from the heart** of the store, driving total store results through seamless product lifecycle management and visual merchandising excellence.
- **Shape the customer experience** by supporting a store environment where every detail, from stockroom to salesfloor, is meticulously executed.
- **Own the back-of-house** operations to ensure every product is exactly where it needs to be — styled, sized, and ready to sell.
- **Partner with the Sales Leadership Team** to strategise, execute and elevate store performance.
- **Stay on the floor and in the know** — spending 50% of your time on the sales floor to coach, support and inspire your team in real-time.
- **Plan with purpose** using brand guides, reports, and insights to inform short-term actions and long-term strategies.
- **Champion team development**, talent coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing, engaged team.
- **Drive efficiency** by mastering scheduling, payroll optimisation, and floor coverage through flex tools and biometric systems.
- **Own shrink reduction**, loss prevention strategies, and safety procedures to protect our people and our product.
**What You Bring**
- A **Diploma or higher** in Retail Management or related discipline.
- **5+ years' experience** in a retail management role, ideally in **Luxury Retail**.
- Proven success in leading **high-performance sales teams** with a focus on results and development.
- A strategic, **detail-oriented mindset** with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- High **emotional intelligence** and a natural ability to connect with diverse teams and customers.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, business reporting tools, and scheduling systems.
- Willingness to work a **flexible roster**, including weekends and public holidays.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
