About the Role :
As Lead Landscaper, you'll be hands‑on while guiding a small team. You'll oversee structural landscaping projects. This role requires someone confident in planning, problem‑solving, and ensuring every job is completed to the Whole Yards standard.

* Strong background in landscaping and construction.
* Experience leading teams and running job sites.
* Skilled in reading plans, setting levels, and using machinery.
* White Card + relevant licences / tickets.
* Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their work.
