As a highly motivated Restaurant Operations Manager, you will lead the team in running day-to-day restaurant operations and delivering exceptional food and customer service. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will build a strong cohesive team focused on high-quality dining and service.
* Implement a rigorous structured staff training program;
* Drive Beverage sales and training;
* Manage staff rostering and scheduling;
* Design menus and unique offers;
* Manage cost of goods sold;
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
