Reporting to the Retail Service Manager, you will manage the important customer interface by providing exceptional customer, order and return management service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide frontline communication and support to external customers
- Respond to customer's inquiries regarding warranty
- Data entry into ERP systems
- Handle and coordinate customer complaints
- Process product returns
**Skills and Experience**
- Administration experience with a customer service focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate - Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of consumer electronics products
- High level of attention to detail
