The Role
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working, and keen to learn and grow to join our expanding Mining, Energy & Resources team.
As a Corporate Partner specialising in mining, petroleum, and natural resources law, you will advise clients on matters relating to acquisitions and divestments, project development, joint venture structuring, offtake agreements, mineral rights sharing agreements, royalty agreements, construction and procurement contracts.
You will work closely with our Corporate team, which was recently ranked 6th in the Mergermarket M&A Rankings Report 2023 for the highest deal count in Australia.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Admitted lawyer;
* 4-8 years' PAE experience;
* Corporate law experiences, preferably within the Mining and/or Energy & Resources sector;
* An entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
