Main Responsibilities:

You'll engage with diverse stakeholders, provide specialist HR advice, interpretation and application of HR policies, legislation, and enterprise agreements. You'll also facilitate workplace dispute resolution, develop and deliver training to enhance supervisor capabilities, and manage multiple priorities efficiently within a busy team environment.
Requirements:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related fields
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR advisory or case management roles within a government or similar environment
* Australian citizenship is mandatory, with successful applicants required to obtain a Police Check clearance
This role requires strong case management skills, including performance management, misconduct handling, and conflict resolution. You'll also need to have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of preparing complex reports, briefs, and correspondence.
