As an Occupational Therapist you will:
* Deliver timely, evidence-based, person-centred therapy services to children and adults with disabilities in a collaborative team setting.
* Manage a diverse paediatric and mixed caseload, engaging with clients, their families, and carers to set and achieve practical goals.
* Utilise suitable assessment tools to evaluate client strengths and identify effective intervention strategies.
* Provide therapy services in various settings, including centre-based, schools, group homes, homes, and through telehealth.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of professional knowledge and skills in Occupational Therapy.
* Embody and promote our core values of innovation, respect, and bravery.
We would love for you to bring to our team:
* A Bachelor's or higher degree in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration.
* Insight into strengths-based practice and person-centred approaches.
* Experience in delivering evidence-based therapy across a varied caseload.
* Skillful case management and an ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
* Understanding of the NDIS framework and fee-for-service models is desirable.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* NDIS Worker Screening, or the willingness to obtain it.
* A current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a personal vehicle, with a mileage reimbursement or pool cars available.
