Essential Requirements:
* 2+ years of management experience in a similar venue
* Experience working in a gaming venue
* Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
* Ability to learn and operate venue reporting systems
* Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
* Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
* Train, perform, and motivate staff
* Effective communication within a team
* Desirable: Experience with H&L, Ivy & Seven rooms
