Role Overview:
As a
Sales Administrator
, you will be a key support to the commercial sales and leasing team, handling a variety of administrative tasks essential to our client's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing property reports, brochures, and submissions
Managing sales and leasing processes from listing to settlement
Coordinating marketing plans and correspondence
Liaising with sales staff, clients, and solicitors
Developing and managing relationships with stakeholders
Compiling activity reports and managing databases
Uploading property listings to websites
Assisting in the production of marketing materials
Preparing Realworks documents (Contracts, PO Form 6s, etc.)
Performing general sales administration and day-to-day office duties
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a high-level administrative role
Real Estate Certificate of registration
Impeccable attention to detail and professional presentation
Quick and accurate typing skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Adobe Suite, especially InDesign, is advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales environment
Initiative-driven with a positive, friendly demeanor
Experience in the property industry is preferred but not required
