Care Assistant
Location: Rushcliffe & Melton, Radcliffe on Trent.
Contract type: Care Delivery.
Salary: £15.00–£15.50 per hour.
Expert training, flexible shift patterns.
Responsibilities
* Provide high‐quality care tailored to each person's individual needs.
* Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming).
* Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
* Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
* Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
* Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.

* An excellent rate of £15.00–£15.50 per hour, increasing to £30.00–£31.00 per hour on bank holidays.

Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care.
* Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
* Ability to follow care plans.
* Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity; full training will be provided.
* DBS checking and references will be undertaken in line with government regulations and recruitment best practices.
