We are looking for aLink Workerto join our Transition to Work (TtW) team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on working with young people who are disengaged, at risk of long-term unemployment, or facing multiple barriers.
You will walk alongside them as they develop the skills, confidence and connections needed to transition into work, apprenticeships, traineeships or further education.
This is a role for someone who makes an impact through empathy, motivation, and action.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience working with youth, unemployed, or disadvantaged people in a supportive role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young people
Confidence in connecting Participants to education, training and employment pathways
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset as well as the ability to work independently
Organisational skills and digital literacy to manage caseloads and deliver outcomes
An outcome-focused approach with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications in Employment Services, Youth Work, Training, Human Resource Management or Behavioural Sciences (advantageous, not essential)
Relevant experience in Employment Services or a similar industry (highly desirable)
