Job Overview
The GH Quality Partner is a key role within our organization that requires a collaborative and forward-thinking individual to drive quality and improvement initiatives.
* Investigate incidents and thematic reviews, providing timely reports aligned with established policies.
* Support the development of safety processes related to incident investigations and legislative compliance, driving continuous improvements.
* Offer expertise in systems thinking, operational excellence, change management, and data analytics to enhance governance and quality frameworks.
This position necessitates a qualification in a clinical health profession, relevant AHPRA registration, and experience or qualifications in Quality, Risk Management, and Improvement. Familiarity with safety analysis tools is beneficial. The successful applicant will provide high-quality guidance and support to operational directorates and executive staff on Risk Management and Governance Frameworks.
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
* A degree in a clinical health profession, such as nursing, medicine, or allied health.
* Relevant AHPRA registration and/or certification.
* Experience or qualifications in Quality, Risk Management, and Improvement principles.
