We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Hendra.
This fast-paced role will see you managing end-to-end recruitment for our diverse operational workforce.
You will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers, sourcing talent, coordinating recruitment processes, conducting pre-employment checks, and building talent pipelines.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely solutions
* Sources talent through various channels to build strong candidate pools
* Coordinates the full recruitment process, including advertising, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidates engaged
* Conducts comprehensive pre-employment checks, such as references, VEVO verification, medicals, licenses, tickets, and qualification validation
* Manages new hire onboarding, from preparing employment contracts to ensuring a seamless first-day experience
* Builds and maintains talent pipelines across key operational disciplines
* Maintains accurate employee records and ensures document control practices
* Identifies opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and elevate the candidate experience
* Ensures all recruitment activities align with HR policies, best practice, and relevant legislation
* Coordinating exit interviews and supporting offboarding for departing employees
