Accreditation Team Member Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Accreditation Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accreditation services to support our events.
* You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand access requirements and respond to accreditation queries.
* Key responsibilities include reporting on key access information, assisting with accreditation allocation, reviewing and approving all accreditation and vehicle pass applications, ensuring smooth event accreditation operations, and performing data entry and administrative tasks as required.

About the Job
This casual position will be based at our Head Office in St Kilda and Albert Park Circuit. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering two iconic motorsport events: the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne and the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix in Phillip Island.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand access requirements and responding to accreditation queries.
2. Reporting on key access information and assisting with accreditation allocation.
3. Reviewing and approving all accreditation and vehicle pass applications.
4. Ensuring smooth event accreditation operations.
5. Data entry and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience working in the events industry.
* A current Police Check.
* A Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee).
