About the Role
We are seeking a strong Assistant Store Manager to oversee operations in the Enoggera store. You'll be responsible for assisting in the management of a team of 7-10 individuals. You will adhere to company standards in Merchandising, customer service, KPIs and people management. As the Assistant Manager, you will be driven to navigate your team to strive for sales by providing exceptional face‐to‐face customer service. You are a team leader, driving their success from the front and leading by example. In return, you will work for a market leader in the automotive parts industry and receive a generous salary and staff discount (cost + 10%).
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a dynamic team in a hands‐on, customer‐facing role.
* Oversee operations in the Enoggera store.

Skills & Experience
* Desire to chase down every sale.
* Ability to lead front the front.
* Previous Retail Assistant Management experience or higher.
* Experience or interest in Motor Vehicles.
* Track record of working to KPIs and sales targets.
