**About Us**: Soundlab HiFi By Design is Perth's premium Hi-Fi store, featuring top-tier brands Bang & Olufsen and SONOS. **Your Role as Store Manager**:
- **Lead and Manage the Store and Team**: Be the driving force behind our store's success.
- **Customer Engagement**: Welcome customers and provide an exceptional showroom experience.
- **Sales Expertise**: Build rapport, identify customer needs, and maximize transaction value through upselling.
- **Operational Excellence**: Handle product ordering, scheduling, invoicing, and manage a sales pipeline.
- **Maintain Showroom Standards**: Perform housekeeping, visual merchandising, stock takes, and floor changes.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
- **Sales Passion**: Thrive on making sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
- **Target Driven**: Excel in a performance-oriented environment.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in Audio Visual retail or customer services, preferably with luxury goods or consumer electronics.
- **Tech-Savvy and Organized**: Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work weekends.

- **Location**: Osborne Park, WA 6017. Reliable commute or relocation plans are necessary.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years in retail sales and 1 year in marketing.
- **Passion**: A genuine enthusiasm for music and technology.
