Key Responsibilities
* Office administration: filing, data input, and management of in-house systems
* Payroll process: collation of hours, verification of timesheets, creation of costings
* Candidate and client file management
* Quarterly compliance checks with candidates
Working Environment
You will work alongside other members of the team from Head Office on various systems, including Recruitment, Social Media, and Payroll.
