About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and service-driven Guest Service Agent to join our front office team. In this role, you'll be the face of the hotel — welcoming guests, ensuring their stay runs smoothly, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. You'll play a key part in creating memorable experiences and upholding our high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest needs, requests, and feedback.
• Process reservations, transactions, and guest accounts accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations to ensure room readiness.
• Communicate special requests to relevant departments and follow up.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, hotel services, and current room packages.
• Support telephonists and back office staff when needed.
• Complete opening and closing shift duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems and front office procedures
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Well-presented and committed to high service standards
