About the Role
Are you passionate about planning and urban renewal? Renewal SA is seeking a Programs Manager to lead strategic planning, development coordination and stakeholder engagement across high-profile projects that support South Australia's growth, livability and socio-economic development.
As Programs Manager, you'll provide expert advice and leadership across urban planning and project delivery. Working at the intersection of planning, infrastructure, and policy, you will ensure the strategic use of land holdings delivers real value to the South Australian community.
Lead complex planning investigations aligned with SA's urban growth and renewal objectives.
Provide high-level advice to support residential and economic development planning.
Coordinate and manage project milestones, risks, budgets, and reporting.
Oversee procurement and contract processes to support timely delivery.
Guide the preparation of high-quality reports and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a forward-thinking planning or property professional with experience leading cross-sector projects in complex stakeholder environments.
Strong understanding of planning, property development, and government frameworks.
Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships across government and private sectors.
Demonstrated experience balancing competing priorities across complex projects.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and strategic advisory skills.
Tertiary qualifications in regional and urban planning, property or a related field (required).
