We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager who sees beyond spreadsheets and shipments. Someone who takes ownership of inventory like it’s their own business, thrives on precision, and is excited by the opportunity to modernise and elevate how a supply chain operates.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll sit at the centre of operations, influencing everything from stock health to customer experience, while helping us scale across retail, e-commerce and wholesale.
The role is based in our Sunshine Coast head office.

You will:
* Own the end-to-end supply chain performance in Australia
* Play a key role in business decision-making through data
* Lead the adoption of AI and smarter operational tools
* Have real influence on inventory quality, cashflow and growth
What you’ll be responsible for
* Managing inventory planning, forecasting and replenishment across all channels
* Driving inventory accuracy and system integrity across platforms (NetSuite, Netstock, etc.)
* Overseeing international logistics, inbound shipping and supplier coordination
* Owning product data and pricing accuracy across systems
* Leading reporting, dashboards and KPI performance (OTIF, fill rate, aged stock, etc.)
* Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities
* Supporting S&OP cycles and strategic planning
What we’re looking for
* 3+ years in supply chain, logistics or operations (retail or large goods highly regarded)
* Strong experience with ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite / Netstock a plus)
* Highly analytical with a natural instinct for problem-solving and optimisation
* Someone who is detail-obsessed but commercially minded
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with suppliers, finance, retail and leadership
* Curious and open to AI, automation and new ways of working
