What you'll be doing
* Handling export air shipments from start to finish.
* Preparing and sending customer quotes.
* Booking space with airlines or co-loaders.
* Coordinating pickups and transport to depot/airport.
* Creating and finalizing Air Waybills (MAWB/HAWB).
* Managing shipment documentation and compliance.
* Sending pre-alerts to overseas agents.
* Handling invoicing and job finalisation in CargoWise.
What you'll bring
* 1+ year of export operations experience in freight forwarding.
* Full working rights (PR/citizen).
