About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled SAP PM Specialist to take the lead on all things Plant Maintenance (PM) for a major industrial client based in Kwinana.
This is not a standard master data or planning role — you'll be the SAP Subject Matter Expert providing configuration-level support, troubleshooting, and optimisation of PM processes. Working Monday to Friday on 8-hour days, you'll support the maintenance and reliability teams in refining system performance and driving best practice across all PM functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the SAP PM subject matter expert for the site
* Provide configuration-level support for all PM functions
* Maintain and enhance PM master data structures
* Troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements
* Liaise with planners, engineers, and IT to optimise SAP usage
* Support training, documentation, and user guidance where required
Benefits
* Perth-based position located in Kwinana
* $90–100 per hour + super
* 3-month contract starting early December
* Monday to Friday, 8-hour days

About You
* Extensive experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) at configuration and master data levels
* Strong understanding of work management and maintenance processes
* Ability to interpret and optimise PM data structures
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Must have the right to work in Australia
