About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our revenue growth and elevate our brand presence.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives across our racing and events portfolio. You will play a key role in securing new business, building partnerships, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
You will bring a strong understanding of both above and below the line marketing, with a particular focus on digital and social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
* Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships and sponsorships
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
* Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
* Analyse market trends to identify new revenue streams and target segments
* Act as a commercial advisor to the business, contributing to overall growth strategy
* Work collaboratively across teams to deliver exceptional event and racing experiences
