The primary responsibility is to conduct chemical and bacteriological analyses on in-line samples, finished products, and raw materials. This involves maintaining equipment calibration schedules and adhering to established safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain equipment calibration schedules and uphold housekeeping and safety standards consistently.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in laboratory/testing supporting a manufacturing operation is highly desirable.
* Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
