Job Title: Director of Allied Health
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive service improvement and high-value care in Allied Health services at our hospitals. The successful candidate will provide high-level leadership, managerial knowledge, skills, and experience to lead change management practices and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accountable for delivering high-level strategic leadership and managerial knowledge, skills, and experience to drive service improvement and high-value care inclusive of Allied Health, Medical Imaging, and Pharmacy services.
* Lead change management practices and provide strong influential leadership to drive innovation, research, and new models of care reflecting contemporary practice in Allied Health.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in Allied Health or a related field.
* Proven leadership and management experience.
* Ability to lead change management practices and drive innovation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
