Logistics Supervisor Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement and logistics operations at a large healthcare facility.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, ensuring effective inventory control, supplier management, and compliance with contractual requirements.
* Manage stores and inventory, ensuring efficient processing of goods and maintaining minimum/maximum stock levels to optimize supply chain efficiency.
* Oversee procurement processes, parts requisition, and warranty claims, ensuring fair market value compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.
* Generate purchase requests, usage reconciliation, and reporting to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and drive business growth.


Requirements:

* Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or procurement operations with a proven track record of success.
* Supervisory/people management experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and accuracy in all aspects of work.
