About you:
* Appropriate qualification (Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Individual Support)
* Previous experience working in the Aged Care sector desirable
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
* Strong work ethic
* High degree of reliability and personal accountability
* Mature outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older people
