Training Coordinator Job Description
Job Title: Training Coordinator
Job Type: Contract
Work Hours: 6am to 2pm, onsite (no WFH)
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage logistics to deliver training programs, events, and workshops onsite.
* Ensure facilities are prepared with required equipment and staff; liaise with instructors and vendors.
* Maintain calendars, materials, registrations, and participant communications.
* Support program kick-offs, briefings, and ongoing coordination with stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a corporate learning environment or event coordination for corporate clients with a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency in English; strong speaking, organizing, listening, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Proficient in computer tools (MS Office, SharePoint, CRM tools).
* Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
Additional Requirements:
* Possess a valid work permit to operate in the geography.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
