* Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible client experience, teamwork and standard of care* Your ability to work independently and efficiently by optimising the use of technology within your role* Qualifications in individual support - minimum Cert III is required* Australian Working Rights* Current valid Australian driver's license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road worthy motor vehicleIt is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
