Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, as the Assistant Finance Director, you will play a crucial role within the client's small finance team, bridging transactional processes to organization-wide reporting. About the role:
Provide strategic financial advice, accurate reporting, and forecasting to stakeholders. Manage financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
Create a variety of financial and business documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor spending against budgets, develop financial reports, and track expenses, billing, and payments.
Maintain the asset register and oversee annual stock take and valuation processes.
Lead compliance efforts, develop policies, and ensure financial governance frameworks are followed. Manage and supervise finance team members. Assist the Financial team with additional tasks as required.
