We are seeking a dynamic individual willing to invest time and effort in the Kay & Burton brand of professionalism, service and discretion and in building and maintaining strong relationships. 
In this role you will work within a team setting in a professional, efficient and diplomatic manner to manage all aspects of the administration tasks associated with sales campaigns.ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing sales assistance to sales employees by assisting with sales related activitiesEnter property details accurately into our database (CRM). 
Preparation of marketing schedules for property marketing campaigns.Activate marketing schedules in Kay & Burton Home once marketing has been paid and book print advertising spaces.Build marketing in Kay & Burton Home and email completed proofs to sales agents for approval, including boards, brochures, drop cards and print media.Manage internet property listings across all internet portals, as well as the booking of social media marketing.Managing and keeping up to date the sales admin operating system which includes all related tasks and compliance checksEnsuring all properties are compliant before making any changes throughout the sales processCoordinate correspondence to solicitors in relation to contract processingProduce and compile property reportingPrepare open packs and auction bagsOccasional assistance with submissions if requiredMaintain campaigns on a weekly basis – adding/updating OFI times, board alterations, brochure reprints, image order updates etc.Order/coordinate pointer boards and auction services for all upcoming campaigns.Provide reception cover if requiredOther administrative duties as requiredAbout youYou are a customer focused individual with excellent communication and people skills. 
You will be able to recognise and respond to competing priorities in order to create an effective and efficient office environment.To be successful in this role you will possessExtensive experience in an sales administration; Real Estate experienced highly regardedAdvanced competency in Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel and WordAbility to work well independently and as part of team and demonstrate initiativeExceptional relationship and communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail, customer service focus, personable demeanorExperience in Real Estate Industryand advertising experience (highly regarded)Kay & Burton has much to be proud of - but nothing more so than its people.
