Establish a New After School Care Service
The role requires a proactive and resilient leader who can establish a new After School Care (OSHC) service from the ground up. This involves shaping programs aligned with national quality frameworks, managing enrolments, budgets, and compliance requirements.
A successful candidate will have strong knowledge of child care subsidy, work health and safety, and compliance frameworks. Current first aid, asthma, anaphylaxis, and child protection training is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead and mentor a team of educators in a welcoming community-based organisation. They will design and deliver engaging programs for children's development and build strong relationships with families and the community.
