Our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivers nationally accredited training with a focus on inclusion, accessibility, and real-world outcomes. We're now looking for a Digital Learning Designer to help us bring our courses to life online.
About the RoleAs our new Digital Learning Designer, you'll work with our RTO team to design, develop and deliver engaging, high-quality, and accessible online and blended learning experiences for students of all ages undertaking vocational education and training (VET) programs.
Reporting to the RTO Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative and engaging training experiences. We're entering an exciting new phase of training opportunities, expanding our reach and introducing creative ways to engage learners across Western Australia.
You'll collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to create interactive e-learning materials, multimedia content, and assessments that meet training package requirements and support diverse learners.

About YouYou're a creative and organised person who enjoys turning complex information into clear, interactive, and meaningful learning. You're confident using e-learning tools and love collaborating with others to get the best results.
You'll also bring:
* Experience in instructional design or digital content creation (VET experience a bonus but not essential)
* Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Experience with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
* Strong understanding of instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and best practices in e-learning
* Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards
* Experience working with aNewSpring (not essential)
* Experience using Microsoft Office software
* Great communication skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field are ideal, along with a current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
