About the Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of commercial construction projects. This dynamic position is responsible for cost and time control and effective people management.
About You
This role is ideal for experienced Project Managers with extensive experience overseeing projects from the initial stage to handover to the client. You will possess a proven track record of working successfully on multi-million dollar projects and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
To be considered for the role, you must:
* Hold a Diploma in Building and Construction, Business Management or Project Management
* Have a minimum of 3 years in construction project management, or similar
* Have the ability to analyse, evaluate, and interpret a range of documents, including plans, invitations to tender, contracts, etc.
* Possess a high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills, inclusive of specialised packages and Microsoft Office
