Job Description:
This role involves providing first-level technical support to the support office and stores teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving incidents and requests related to software, hardware, communications, and networks.
The ideal candidate should have a well-rounded ability in troubleshooting all operating systems, software, hardware, telephone, and network-related issues. Knowledge of user account administration (Active Directory, Office 365), DHCP and DNS would be an advantage.
