At our organisation, we are seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to play a vital role in enabling and supporting residents to continue their favourite activities and lifestyle choices. You will take the time to get to know each resident as an individual, learning about their life history and what they enjoy doing.
About the Role:
* Take an interest in residents' lives and engage with them on a daily basis
* Plot life history books with residents and share their memories
* Promote social and recreational aspects of daily living for all residents
* Engage with the local community and its resources
The Ideal Candidate:
* Has experience working with vulnerable adults
* Is IT literate
* Can compile social care plans for residents
* Has excellent communication skills
* Can maintain confidentiality
