Senior Manager Business Data and Insights Role: Senior Manager Business Data and Insights Employment Type: Temporary 12 months Location: Flexible/hybrid working arrangements available across NSW, with some travel to Sydney metro locations required from time to time (negotiable) Grade: Clerk Grade 11/12 Salary Range: $149,739 - $173,174 12% Super leave loading The opportunity We are now inviting applications for the opportunity of Senior Manager Business Data and Insights for Government Technology Platforms, within Digital NSW as it transforms to become the state's trusted partner to enable accessible, sustainable and secure digital platforms and services for the citizens and business of NSW. In this role you will lead the delivery of data and analytics strategy, implementation, policy advice, guidance, and assistance to embed and align data and analytics practices across the organisation to improve data capability, maturity and quality to ensure commercial sustainability of GTP. The role is responsible for reviewing and analysing data foundations and processes in GTP, managing the strategic analysis of the data models and supporting the development of commercial insights across GTP to deliver optimal efficiencies. What you will bring to this role Experience in managing the design, maintenance, and implementation of a data and analytics vision, strategy, and model to enhance services and outcomes for customers and the organisation Experience in the development and implementation of standard data and analytics procedures, tools, and processes in conjunction with business stakeholders to accommodate the diverse requirements across the organisation Ability to engage with subject matter experts in data to embed enhanced data and analytics processes and systems in the organisation and ensure that best practice data and analytics tools and techniques are shared across the organisation Ability to design and deliver data insights to senior leaders. Knowledge of current requirements relating to data and analytics to facilitate a collaborative approach to data and analytics across the organisation Ability to be collaborative and innovative Demonstrated experience in identifying and scoping key delivery items for new projects using agile methodologies, while building strategic relationships with stakeholders to define business needs and user stories that maximise customer benefit.
