Far Noodle is inspired by Asia's vibrant street food scene and is the creation of chef and culinary adventurer Luke Nguyen wheretraditional family recipes are reinterpreted through fresh Australian produce.Serving up-market dishes day and night including thelegendary 20-hour Fat Pho Noodles, a fiery laksa.This is an extraordinary opportunity for you to progress your career and develop your skills under the mentorship of some of the best chefs in Sydney!A few of your responsibilitiesMaintain a clean working environment while preparing food in line with quality expectations and fluctuating volumesConsistently maintain a thorough knowledge of the entire menu, including an understanding of all base products and ingredients usedEnsure food presentation meets menu requirements and kitchen standards (SOPs)Demonstrate knowledge of and be able to use a broad range of cooking and food preparation equipment and skills, such as sauté, braising etcWhat we are looking forHigh volume culinary experienceExperience working a Wok is an advantageCan-do attitude and ability to work well as part of a teamStrong knowledge of food safety regulationsAbout YouYou bring experience in high volume kitchen environments and sound knowledge across all sections.
