You will guide workforce planning, strengthen culture, and support leaders across wards and portfolios while improving flow, quality and staff wellbeing. Key duties • Lead staffing models, rosters and resource use • Build a strong, sustainable nursing workforce • Guide recruitment, HR support and succession plans • Drive patient flow, bed use and service utilisation • Support accreditation, risk and quality review • Coach leaders and grow professional capability • Partner with staffing hubs and key teams • Maintain strong links with after hours oversight and operational teams About You You are a motivated nurse leader ready to shape services, support staff growth, and drive safe, high-quality care across the health service. • Registered Nurse with current Nursing Board certificate • Proven leadership in clinical and team management • Skilled in problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution • Experience in workforce planning, projects and change initiatives • Strong knowledge of healthcare standards, legislation and quality systems Why You’ll Love It Here - CALHN benefits that matter We know that a great career is about more than just the work you do, it’s also about the support you receive.
