Lead Educator Role

Key Requirements
Some of the key requirements for this role include:
1. A strong focus on the Image of Child
2. Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
3. Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
4. An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement
5. Current and State relevant Working with Children's Check, Child Protection Training, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates
