Learning Strategist

Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive learning strategies that align with business objectives and drive tangible results.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective training solutions.
3. Design and deliver face-to-face and online training sessions, utilizing interactive techniques to enhance learner engagement.
4. Monitor and maintain awareness of training delivery calendars, developing agendas, timelines, and content flow to ensure seamless delivery.
5. Provide application knowledge, methodology expertise, and industry insights to support business growth.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and dedication.
7. Communicate status updates, issue identification, and problem-solving skills effectively.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in change management and learning, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
* Leadership experience in change management streams for complex business application projects (e.g., SAP, TechnologyOne, Microsoft).
* Desirable: experience with Waterfall and Agile implementations.
* Security Clearance or higher is mandatory.
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
* Strong team player, flexible, and able to manage competing demands.
* Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Change Management and Learning.
