Operations and Logistics Manager Role
Job Summary:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all Share Bus trips, working with the Workshop/Fleet Officer to schedule services and repairs, maintaining booking and lead management systems, and acting as a point of contact for casual city coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan vehicle movements and relocations across cities.
* Review trip feedback and fleet status for recurring issues or improvements.
* Maintain documentation and scheduled information sent to customers, including email templates, pre-trip messages, and info packs.
* Lead operational response for incidents and log what happened.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with booking and lead management systems.
