Key roles and responsibilities for this position include administration duties throughout the hospital, encompassing inpatient wards, reception, ED outpatient clinics, allied health departments, mental health inpatient wards, elective waitlist, and community health.
Upon commencing employment, you will undergo comprehensive training in various administrative functions across the hospital and its facilities, equipping you with the skills to succeed within the role. You will be supported by patient services managers and other managers throughout the facility, with ongoing training available.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a high-volume environment. Essential attributes include good communication, time management, and prioritisation skills.
