Care Manager – Residential Aged Care (120 Beds) | Bendigo, NSW This role holds clinical and operational accountability for care delivery at a large residential aged care facility in Bendigo, VIC. The Care Manager provides visible leadership to clinical and care teams, ensures compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and drives consistent, high-quality resident outcomes. The position is supported on site by an additional Care Manager and a dedicated Quality Manager, enabling clear focus on leadership, oversight and continuous improvement rather than sole operational load. Key requirements Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and promoting their wellbeing. Proficiency in computer systems Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation and AN-ACC processes. Availability to work full-time hours (76 hours per fortnight) A valid police check clearance.
